Arts & cultural preservation
Supporting public art, local history, cultural traditions, creative projects, and preservation efforts that help communities protect and share their identity.
S.T.A.F.F. was created to support the cultural life of small communities through arts, festivals, preservation, and community-centered programming.
Today, that work has expanded.
We support initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods, preserve history, elevate local culture, create opportunities for artists and residents, and build connections between Louisiana and communities around the world.
Our work begins with culture, but it extends into community development, tourism, education, relationship-building, and global exchange.
Local identity. Shared experiences. Lasting connections.

Supporting projects that improve neighborhoods, activate historic spaces, strengthen community pride, and encourage locally rooted development.

Supporting programs that connect residents, young people, artists, mentors, and community leaders.
Supporting initiatives that connect Louisiana communities, leaders, institutions, and cultural assets with partners beyond the state and across international markets.
S.T.A.F.F. provides fiscal administration for approved cultural, educational, community-development, and exchange initiatives that align with our mission.
In this role, S.T.A.F.F. may receive and administer eligible donations, sponsorships, program support, event-related payments, and other approved funds connected to those initiatives.
This structure allows mission-aligned projects to operate with clear financial administration while remaining focused on their core programming and impact.
For S.T.A.F.F., culture is a community asset.
It lives in historic neighborhoods, local artists, family traditions, music, food, architecture, festivals, stories, and the people who carry those traditions forward.
Our role is to help communities protect those assets, activate them, and create pathways for them to contribute to local pride, tourism, education, and economic activity.
We believe strong cultural work begins with the people and places that already make a community distinctive.
